HO HO HO
by Joe Bromley
Ready for a wild sledge ride this Christmas in our heartwarming interactive festive offering: HO HO HO (A REALLY BIG NON-PANTO SHOW)?
"Joe and Willow, you are a wonderful duo and thank you for entertaining our families. It was lovely to see parents and children getting involved with the activities. Have a wonderful Christmas"
Programme co-ordinator, Roundwood Community Centre
Created for ages 5+
Running time 30 minutes plus optional post-show crafting activities
Alf is an elf on the edge. He's stuck selling trees on Christmas Eve and thinks his sister won't want him to spend Christmas with her as he can't afford a gift. Can a kind (but slightly chaotic) really big fairy help him realise the season of goodwill is more about presence than presents…? Join us as we explore family values and Yuletide traditions in this thirty-minute show (and sing Jingle Bells and We Wish You a Merry Christmas with us), and then get crafty afterwards with our fun activities for the whole primary age range. During the show, Alf makes a simple picture frame from card. Children can make their own frames with us afterwards to give as homemade gifts. We provide the materials for these for public venues. We ho ho hope 'yule' love our show!

Pre-show activity
We invite the audience to make paper chains with us beforehand to adorn the playing space. Children can decorate their own strips of paper before linking them, to get everyone involved and encourage anticipation for the show.

For HO HO HO, please may we have:
A parking space for our car
Two chairs
An hour in the space beforehand to set up, and at least 30 minutes afterwards
to pack away
Lots of brilliant kids in the audience!

"Wow, what can I say… truly amazing. Perfect amount of interaction with the children and families. Such a heartwarming story and told so well all ages could understand. The show was the perfect amount of time, not too long and drawn out. We would love you to come back next year. Thank you and a Merry Christmas"
